We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with furniture manufacturers, OEM customers, distributors, and technical teams to provide coating solutions and support business growth.

If you have experience in wood coatings, furniture manufacturing, abrasives, adhesives, or related industries and enjoy working directly with customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers in the furniture industry.
- Visit customer sites and provide support for wood coating applications.
- Guide customers on coating processes and spray gun applications.
- Coordinate with paint booth teams and purchase departments at customer locations.
- Work closely with distributors to ensure smooth business operations.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the furniture sector.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable coating solutions.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.




- Support business growth through strong customer engagement and relationship management.

Qualifications

- Graduation is mandatory (B.Sc. Chemistry, Paint Technology, Engineering, or related field).
- 3+ years of experience in OEM handling.
- Experience in the furniture industry is highly preferred.
- Candidates from wood coatings, abrasives, adhesives, laminates, or related industries are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of wood finishing systems such as PU, Melamine, UV Coatings, and related applications.
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Self-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented approach.
