Job Title: Creative Director – YouTube Channel Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Experience: 3 Years Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Creative Director to lead the content strategy and execution for an upcoming YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will have a solid storytelling mindset and hands-on experience in long-form video content, documentaries, and YouTube Shorts , with a deep understanding of audience engagement and platform trends. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the creative vision and content strategy for the YouTube channel Conceptualise, script, and oversee production of: Long-form videos Documentary-style content YouTube Shorts & short-form videos Lead end-to-end content creation: ideation → scripting → shooting → editing → publishing Ensure consistency in brand voice, storytelling style, and visual identity Collaborate with videographers, editors, writers, and social media teams Analyze performance metrics (views, watch time, retention) and optimize content strategy Stay updated with YouTube trends, algorithms,
