Requirement: JAMF Admin Exp:5 Years Location: Any location in INDIA (WFO) Max NP: Serving within 30days JAMF Administrator – Mac Endpoint Management Key roles/Responsibilities 1. JAMF Pro Administration • Administer and maintain the JAMF Pro environment. • Configure JAMF policies, configuration profiles, restrictions, Smart Groups, scripts, and packages. • Manage JAMF user roles, permissions, and administrative access. • Monitor JAMF health, device check-ins, policy execution, and enrollment status. • Maintain JAMF configuration standards and operational documentation. 2. MacBook Enrollment & Provisioning • Manage corporate MacBook enrollment using Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE). • Configure and maintain PreStage Enrollment workflows. • Implement zero-touch deployment for new MacBooks. • Configure device naming, user assignment, local accounts, security settings, and baseline configurations. • Support MacBook refresh, replacement, re-enrollment, and redeployment processes. 3. Configuration & Policy Management • Create and maintain macOS Configuration Profiles (Hireright internal) 4.



Application Management • Package and deploy macOS applications through JAMF Pro. • Manage application installation, upgrades, patching, and removal. • Maintain application versions and deployment policies. • Configure Self Service for approved applications. • Troubleshoot application deployment failures. • Work with application owners to onboard current Mac applications. 5. macOS Patching & OS Lifecycle • Manage macOS upgrades and security updates. • Test new macOS releases before enterprise deployment. • Create phased deployment rings for OS updates. • Monitor patch compliance and remediate devices that fall behind. 6. Endpoint Security & Compliance • Support endpoint security tools such as: o CrowdStrike o Zscaler • Identify non-compliant MacBooks and implement automated remediation. • Support vulnerability remediation and security audit requirements. JAMF Pro provides inventory, application lifecycle management, compliance configurations, remote security commands, and automated endpoint management capabilities.
