The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive and detail-oriented Service Manager to join our team. This role involves extensive engagement with both prospective and existing clients across their onboarding, servicing, and portfolio-related requirements. The position requires significant client interaction and active involvement across all aspects of client servicing, operational support, and trade execution. This is a position which focuses on building meaningful client relationships while delivering best-in-class service and operational excellence. Location: Bengaluru Experience: 3–5 years, with a working understanding of Client Service & reporting for wealth & financial services Function: Wealth Management / Advisory – Client Service & Operations What You'll Do • Manage Client onboarding and account maintenance for both new and existing clients in line with regulatory and organizational policies. • Collect and validate account-specific documentation and financial information to ensure compliance requirements are met. • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, Banks, AMCs and Product Manufacturers (AIFs, PMS providers etc.) • Provide operational support across a broad suite of financial products and applications. • Handle Transactions, Operations and other support activities, including trade placement, confirmation, settlement tracking, and reconciliation across mutual funds, AIFs and PMS and other investments. • Oversee administrative and transactional activities including money transfers, tax reporting, portfolio review preparation and resolution of client queries. • Build long-term,



trust-based relationships that go beyond transactions via supporting Wealth Managers & leaders by ensuring seamless coordination and contributing to client meetings as required. What We're Looking For Profile • 3–5 years of qualified & proven experience, ideally with early exposure to wealth management, private banking, financial services, or a closely related field • Strong operational skills with sound understanding of Banking, Mutual Funds, Capital Markets and other financial products. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point, other reporting systems and transaction platforms in the industry. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, in Marketing, Finance or related discipline from a reputed University. • Based in, or open to relocating to, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, or Kolkata. Location flexibility may be required.
