Job Role: Administration & Operations Manager

Location: Lake Gardens, Kolkata

Experience: 2+ years

Work Mode: Office-based | Full-time

We are looking for a capable, dependable and proactive Administration & Operations Manager to join our newly established fintech company.

This is an all-rounder role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and keeping things moving. You will work closely with senior management across administration, operations, documentation, coordination and general business activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day administration and business operations
- Track emails, follow-ups, deadlines and important tasks
- Coordinate documentation, applications, registrations and memberships
- Work with vendors, consultants, professionals and external organisations
- Maintain internal records, trackers and documentation
- Support management with research, coordination and execution
- Assist with sales/business development activities when required




- Handle miscellaneous operational requirements in a growing startup

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration, operations, business coordination or a similar role
- Not suitable for freshers
- Good written and spoken English
- Basic understanding of corporate documentation and processes such as GST, MOA, AOA , etc.
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Positive judgement and ability to prioritise tasks independently
- Patience, responsibility, initiative and willingness to learn
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment

Additional skills in Excel, presentations, digital tools, graphic design, marketing, content or technology will be an advantage.
