We are looking for a Data Analyst who can collect, analyze, interpret, and visualize business and financial data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to convert complex data into meaningful business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc business performance reports.
Develop dashboards and data visualizations for management and internal teams.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or anomalies.
Analyze customer, loan, repayment, operational, and financial data.
Support credit, risk, operations, finance,



and management teams with data-driven insights.
Identify patterns that can help improve business performance and operational efficiency.
Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Working knowledge of SQL.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
