Role Description The Territory Manager – Agrochemicals | Gorakhpur is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing sales and business development activities within the assigned region. The role involves visiting farmers, dealers, and distributors to promote agrochemical products, provide product demonstrations, and address customer queries. The Territory Manager will plan and execute territory-wise business strategies, monitor sales performance, and ensure effective implementation of promotional campaigns.



Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams for supply and support, and preparing regular reports on territory performance. The position is based in Gorakhpur and requires frequent field travel within the territory.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Candidate must have 5 - 6 years of Experience.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess territory performance, and support informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Sales Operations to develop territory plans, and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with farmers, distributors, and internal stakeholders in a transparent and supportive manner.
- Experience in agrochemicals, agriculture inputs, or related fields, with knowledge of crop protection products and farming practices.
