Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area for a Co-Founder (CTO) with an AI-focused technical background who can also join as an angel investor. The Co-Founder (CTO) will lead the design and development of AI architectures, oversee end-to-end product engineering, and build a scalable technical roadmap aligned with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include hands-on coding, reviewing technical designs, setting engineering standards, and driving experimentation with machine learning models and data pipelines. The role involves close collaboration with the founding team on product strategy, market validation, and go-to-market planning, ensuring that technology choices support growth and customer needs.



The Co-Founder (CTO) will also participate in fundraising discussions, help attract and mentor technical talent, and contribute capital and strategic guidance to accelerate the company’s trajectory.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and research abilities to design, evaluate, and optimize AI-driven solutions.
- Candidates should possess transparent and effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, investors, and early customers.
- Candidates should possess sales and marketing capabilities to support product positioning, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
- Candidates should possess proven experience in AI/ML engineering, including model development, deployment, and integration into production systems.
- Experience building and scaling technology in a startup or early-stage workplace, ideally in e-commerce or SaaS.
- Ability to architect robust, secure, and scalable systems using modern cloud and data infrastructure.
- Demonstrated leadership in forming and guiding technical teams, with a collaborative and inclusive management style.
- Preferred educational background: degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to contribute as an angel investor and commit long-term to the company’s vision and growth.
