We are hiring a Dispatch Officer in Ahmedabad.

Job Title:

Dispatch Officer

Location: Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the dispatch of goods to ensure timely delivery.

- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and delivery schedules.

- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport teams for seamless logistics operations.

- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation of dispatched goods.

- Monitor logistics, track shipments, and address any delivery-related issues.

- Communicate with customers regarding dispatch status and resolve queries effectively.

- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.

- Optimize dispatch procedures to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.





- Supervise loading and unloading processes to prevent damage or delays.

- Generate reports on dispatch operations and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

- Experience: 2-5 years in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain management.

- Education: Graduate or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management (preferred).

- Skills: Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications.

- Knowledge of transportation regulations and warehouse operations.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
