Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal production teams for smooth execution of orders.
- Plan and monitor the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Follow up with vendors for raw materials, trims, and accessories required for production.
- Ensure product quality standards are maintained during production.
- Track order status and update buyers/management regularly.
- Manage sampling, approvals, and production documentation.
- Resolve production-related issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain proper records of orders, production progress, and shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely dispatch of finished goods.
