Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Psychiatrist to assess, diagnose, and support individuals experiencing mental health concerns. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, empathy, and a willingness to learn and grow in a skilled healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and understand their mental health concerns.
Diagnose and manage psychiatric and psychological conditions as per clinical guidelines.
Provide appropriate treatment and medication management where required.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Monitor patients' progress and make necessary treatment adjustments.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Coordinate with psychologists, counsellors,



and other healthcare professionals when required.
Follow ethical, professional, and patient-safety standards.
Eligibility & Skills
MBBS with MD/DNB in Psychiatry from a recognized institution.
Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
Valid medical registration as applicable.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and qualified approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
