Job description:
We are looking for a Senior 3D Artist with robust expertise in product visualization and realistic rendering to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in 3D modelling, clean topology, and the full 3D pipeline from modelling to final rendering. This role also requires team leadership and the ability to produce high-quality visuals and videos for marketing platforms such as Meta Ads, website listings, and YouTube.
The candidate should have a keen eye for realism, lighting, materials, and composition, especially when working with product-based renders and water simulations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the 3D team, ensuring quality and consistency across projects
Create highly realistic 3D renders and animations for marketing campaigns
Develop product visualization assets for:
Meta Ads
Website product listings
YouTube videos
Social media content
Manage the entire 3D production pipeline from concept to final output
Ensure clean topology, effective modelling practices, and optimized scenes
Work closely with the marketing and design teams to translate creative ideas into 3D visuals
Produce photorealistic product shots, environment setups, and animation sequences
Implement water simulations and fluid effects when required




Maintain high visual standards and realistic lighting/material setups
Contribute to creative ideation for new campaigns and product presentations
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
Knowledge of motion graphics or compositing
Experience with advertising creatives and product marketing visuals
Familiarity with video editing or post-production workflows
Understanding of design principles and brand aesthetics
Key Skills & Requirements
Expert in 3D modelling with quad-based topology and clean mesh flow
Strong understanding of topology, UV mapping, lighting, shading, and rendering
Proficient in Blender (preferred software)
Hands-on experience with the complete 3D pipeline: modelling → texturing → lighting → rendering → animation
Experience in realistic product rendering and visualization
Knowledge of water simulations and fluid dynamics
Strong understanding of materials, reflections, and realistic surface properties
Ability to optimize scenes for high-quality renders and animations
Experience in product animation and cinematic visualization
Understanding of composition and visual storytelling
Basic design sense and familiarity with branding/visual aesthetics is a plus
