We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Business Development and GTM teams while owning the quality of client delivery.

The role
This is a hands-on leadership role.

You will manage a team of Business Development Executives and GTM Engineers, coach them regularly, improve campaign quality, and make sure the team is consistently creating strong sales opportunities for our clients.

You will be onboarding current clients, understanding their product and ICP, building campaign strategy, attending weekly meetings, reviewing performance, and making sure clients feel confident about the work being done.
We are looking for someone who enjoys developing people, understands outbound deeply, and has the discipline to stay close to the details.

What you'll own
Lead and manage Business Development Executives and GTM Engineers
Coach the team through call reviews, campaign feedback, objection handling, and regular performance reviews
Onboard new clients and understand their product, ICP, positioning, and sales goals
Build outbound campaign strategy across calls, email, and LinkedIn
Write and review cold emails, LinkedIn messaging, call scripts, and sequences
Attend weekly client meetings and communicate progress, learnings, and next steps
Review campaign performance and make changes to improve results
Own the overall client experience and help maintain strong client relationships
Work with leadership on hiring, training, team capacity, and performance
Improve internal playbooks and processes as the team grows

What We're Looking For




At least 2-3 years of experience leading a Business Development, SDR, or outbound sales team
Proven experience coaching and managing outbound salespeople
Strong understanding of cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and B2B sales
Ability to write clear and persuasive outbound messaging
Excellent spoken and written English
Confidence working directly with founders, sales leaders, and marketing leaders
Strong judgement when reviewing campaigns and diagnosing performance issues
Ability to manage multiple clients and team members simultaneously
High ownership, discipline, and work ethic
Comfortable giving direct feedback and holding people accountable
