About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer for our new YouTube channel focused on Business News, Finance, Markets, Startups, and Economy content . The ideal candidate should have strong design sense, experience in fast-paced media environments, and the ability to create impactful visuals that drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails with strong click-through appeal.
Create graphics for daily business news videos, market updates, explainers, interviews, and shorts.
Develop charts, infographics, data visuals, and finance-related creative assets .
Design engaging carousel posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to simplify and present business, finance, and market-related information.
Create lower thirds, title cards, social media creatives, and branding elements.
Work closely with editors, anchors,



and the editorial team for timely content delivery.
Maintain consistent brand identity across YouTube and social media platforms.
Design creatives for breaking business news with quick turnaround time.
Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats and dimensions for different digital platforms.
Stay updated with YouTube trends, thumbnail strategies, carousel formats , and digital content design styles.

Required Skills
2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in news channel / digital media / YouTube content / business media .
Strong command over Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva , or equivalent tools.
Experience in creating thumbnails, infographics, charts, and social media creatives.
Good understanding of typography, layout, color balance, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and quick-paced newsroom environment.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
