We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officers to drive customer acquisition, business growth, and sales targets. The role involves field visits, lead generation, customer relationship management, and promoting suitable financial products.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through field visits, references, leads, and market activities.
Acquire new customers and build robust customer relationships.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain regular customer interactions and ensure excellent service.
Complete required documentation and follow company processes and compliance guidelines.
Maintain accurate sales reports and update customer information.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in Sales / Field Sales; BFSI experience preferred.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Good customer-handling and relationship-building ability.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Compensation

CTC: Up to ₹5.00 LPA + Incentives
