We are looking for a Senior Accountant / Team Lead to manage a team of accountants and own financial reporting for our client portfolio across industries. If you're strong on MIS reporting, comfortable leading a team, and enjoy being a client's go-to person on financial matters, we'd love to talk. What you'll own:
MIS & Financial Reporting
Prepare and finalize MIS reports (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow) for clients across industries
Drive month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations, and performance analysis
Review variance analysis, cash flow forecasts, and key financial metrics for clients
Client Management
Be the primary point of contact for clients on financial matters
Provide strategic financial insights to help clients optimize performance
Partner with client teams to tailor accounting services to their needs
Team Leadership
Manage, mentor,



and develop a team of accountants and analysts
Allocate resources across multiple clients and deadlines
Run performance reviews and build a cooperative team culture
⚙️ Systems & Process
Oversee financial software implementation (Tally, Zoho, etc.)
Identify process improvements to boost accuracy and efficiency
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's in Accounting; CA-Inter qualified or higher
2–4 years in accounting/financial management
Strong grasp of accounting, direct & indirect tax, and compliance
Hands-on with financial software (Tally, Zoho, or similar)
Strong leadership, communication, and multi-client management skills
Location: Chennai (On-site)
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience
