- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise replenishment requirements.
- Physical Stock Verification
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records.
- Investigate and report discrepancies, shortages, damages, and wastage.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
- Hotel & Restaurant Inventory

Coordinate with the Kitchen, F&B;, Housekeeping, Purchase, and Accounts departments regarding stock requirements.
- Monitor consumption and ensure stock is issued only against authorized requisitions.
- Maintain proper records of Goods Received Notes (GRN), Material Issue Notes, Stock Transfer Notes, Purchase Orders, and related documents.
- Prepare stock movement and variance reports.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and management review.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
