Postion : Executive - Marketing

Qualification : Diploma in EEE /BE-EEE ,MBA Marketing

Experience : 3 -8 Years

Position Opening : 05 Nos

Ø Preparing and maintaining MIS

Ø Coordinate with marketing persons to get updates on submitted offers.

Ø Keep all the incoming and outgoing records of enquiries.

Ø Compilation and formatting of the proposals submitted for review and update on MOM.

Ø Maintaining the Clients record.

Ø Prepare offers related for AMC, supply of spares and other service related enquiries

Ø Preparation & Submission of Pre qualification documents.

Ø Maintaining Offer quoted & Order Booked Database.

Ø Prepare MOM on daily basis and Offer Status & Order Booked status send to higher officials once in a week.

Ø Follow up with the Client for PO related issues.

Ø Follow-up with inter department for pre tender requirements, other marketing related requirements.

Ø Contacting the clients and obtain feedback on regular intervals about the service being provided by us.

Postion : – Planning Coordinator (Exp: 2 -5 Years) /Project Coordinatore (Exp : 1 -2 Year)

Qualification: Diploma /BE-EEE ,Tally

Experience:

Position Opening: 10 Nos





1. Project Planning & Execution

- Supervision of Erection activities with respect to Quality/Delivery/Testing & Commissioning

- Coordination with all departments at Chennai

- Safe storage of materials at Site including Non-Billable items/tools & other machinery.

- All safety requirements at Site.

2. Controlling day to day activities at Site

3. Interacting with Client/Project Management Consultant

4. Attending project review meetings

5. Complete handling of site till handover to Client

6. Submission of bills and payment follow up with Client

In addition, Independent Contractor shall perform such other duties and tasks, or changes to the Services, as may be agreed upon the Parties.

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
