Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and other marketplaces.

Update product details, pricing, and inventory.

Process online orders and coordinate dispatch.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues.

Monitor marketplace performance and prepare sales reports.

Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and online portals is required.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations.

Positive communication and computer skills.

Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms is preferred.

Graduate preferred (B.Com/BBA/BCA or equivalent)

OR Diploma in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Computer Applications (DCA/PGDCA), Business Administration, or related field.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
