Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Explain company services clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Generate leads and achieve daily/monthly calling targets.
- Maintain records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team when required.
- Build good relationships with clients and ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English.




- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince and communicate effectively.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Freshers are welcome.
