About the Role

Location: Borivali, Mumbai (Work From Office)

- ️ Note: This position is open only to candidates based in Mumbai or nearby locations who are comfortable with Work From Office requirements.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Quality Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing and exposure to Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of software testing concepts, robust analytical skills, and the ability to ensure high-quality product delivery across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, review, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Perform Manual Testing including: Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Integration Testing, UI/UX Validation, Cross-browser and Responsive Testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify bugs using defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and QA discussions.




- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman.
- Perform basic database validation and backend data verification when required.
- Support UAT and production release validation activities.
- Assist in automation testing activities and maintenance of automation scripts/frameworks.
- Utilize AI tools for test case generation, bug analysis, documentation, and QA productivity enhancement.
- Stay updated with the latest QA trends, tools, and testing methodologies.

Required Skills (Must Have)

- Hands-on experience in Manual Testing.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience in writing clear and detailed test cases and bug reports.
- Good understanding of web and mobile application testing.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with bug tracking/project management tools like JIRA or similar.
- Hands-on exposure to Playwright automation scripting.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as GPT, Claude, or similar AI-assisted productivity tools.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and teamwork abilities.
