URGENT HIRING | IMPORT ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Company: Ruchira Green Earth Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Yamunanagar, Haryana

We are looking for an experienced Import Accounts Executive to manage import documentation, CHA coordination, freight-forwarder follow-ups, and import payment/accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end import documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agent) and freight forwarders for timely clearance.
- Follow up for timely submission and processing of Bill of Entry documents.
- Maintain and track Bill of Entry against import remittances/payments made through the bank.
- Coordinate importer payment processing and related documentation.
- Follow up with banks regarding import remittances and required documentation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Logistics and other internal teams for smooth import operations.
- Maintain import files, invoices,



shipping documents and payment records.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and compliance-related requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Commerce / Accounts / Finance or related field.
- Relevant experience in Import Accounts / Import Documentation / Commercial Accounts.
- Good knowledge of Bill of Entry, import documentation, CHA and freight-forwarder coordination.
- Robust follow-up and documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple import shipments and deadlines.

Location: Yamunanagar, Haryana

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
