Role & responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and develop insurance advisors/agents.
• Build and maintain a strong agency network.
• Generate health insurance business through the agency channel.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Train and motivate advisors to improve productivity.
• Develop recent customer relationships and ensure quality business.
• Track team performance and implement strategies to increase sales.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and customer service.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline.
• 15 years of experience in health insurance / life insurance / BFSI sales.
• Experience in agency sales or advisor handling preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
