Co-ordination value addition in schematic design development stage

Responsibilities

- Finalization of specifications Amenities.
- Coordination for timely receipt of all working drawings
- Monitor/Review progress of work
- Identify the future road blocks and address the issues
- Create data bank for all types of consultant
- Coordination with contracts team for timely appointment of consultants.
- Conducting site visits and meetings and identifying highlighting the roadblocks stakeholders.
- Ensure site execution as per define specifications
- Preparation of sales presentation, sales Plan further handover
- RERA inputs RERA should be updated as per latest drawings.
- Review of drawings and documents needed for sanction through local authorities
- Review of drawings and documents needed for EC purpose
- Ensure execution friendly methodologies to FastTrack construction process.
- Market research for new materials technologies.
- Specification optimization




- Ensure performance of all team members is documented submit monthly documented
- Knowledge of approvals (Building approval, EC, MOD, MHADA, etc.)
- All reports Timely submission, Correct formats, reporting accuracy

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institute.
- 5+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Solid portfolio showcasing large-scale residential and commercial projects.
- Expertise in design software
- In-depth knowledge of local bye-laws, NBC, DCR, and real estate regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
