Provide expert technical guidance and oversight for interior finishes and fit-out works, ensuring superior quality, functionality, compliance, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the technical expert for interior fit-out and finishing works across commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
- Review design drawings, material specifications, BOQs, and method statements.
- Oversee execution of finishes including flooring, ceilings, partitions, painting, wall finishes, joinery, millwork, and specialized interior systems.
- Ensure compliance with design intent, project specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Evaluate material submissions and recommend suitable finishing solutions.




- Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure workmanship excellence.
- Identify execution risks, quality issues, and constructability challenges; provide effective solutions.
- Support cost optimization and value engineering initiatives.
- Monitor project progress and provide expert recommendations on technical matters.
