Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents.
- Create detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Execute manual testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Validate user interface, usability, and user experience requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Participate in requirement review meetings and provide testability feedback.
- Ensure software releases meet quality standards before deployment.
- Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)



and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques.
- Experience in writing and executing test cases.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps.
- Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ISTQB certification is an added advantage.
- Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise application testing.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
