Purpose Of Job:

Supporting the Internal Audit function by conducting effective and value-driven audit assignments, evaluating internal controls and business processes, identifying potential risks and control gaps, and providing practical recommendations for improvement. The role offers an opportunity for a Qualified Chartered Accountant to develop robust expertise in Internal Audit while gaining exposure to diverse industries, business processes, and organizational functions.

Work Responsibility:

- Conduct Internal Audits as per the defined audit scope and engagement requirements.
- Understand business processes, internal controls, risks, and operational procedures.
- Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and areas of potential risk.
- Perform detailed testing and analysis of financial and operational transactions.
- Prepare audit observations, working papers,



and reports with appropriate supporting documentation.
- Discuss audit findings and recommendations with internal stakeholders and management.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of Internal Audit reports.
- Ensure timely completion of audit assignments while maintaining quality and professional standards.
- Stay updated with relevant accounting, auditing, and regulatory developments.

Experience: (In Years): Fresher to 2 Years of Experience

Technical / Functional / Soft Skills Required:

- Sound knowledge of Internal Audit methodologies, audit procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, control testing, and process reviews.
- Ability to identify control gaps, operational inefficiencies, and potential business risks.
- Ability to prepare and maintain audit working papers, observations, and audit reports.
- Knowledge of risk-based auditing and process improvement would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, documentation, and reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet defined timelines.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
