The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management and business development of the branch. The role includes managing staff, achieving branch targets, and increasing Savings, RD, FD and other deposit mobilization. The Branch Manager should maintain good customer relationships, monitor daily operations, supervise collections, support loan business, ensure proper documentation and compliance, and review staff performance. The Branch Manager should also guide and motivate the team, conduct field visits when required, and take necessary steps to improve the branch’s overall business and performance.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
