Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, cabins, work areas, pantry and common areas.
- Perform regular housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Serve tea, coffee, water and refreshments to employees, visitors and management.
- Handle office errands such as document delivery, photocopying, printing and filing.
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office areas as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of washrooms and pantry areas.
- Support staff with basic office-related tasks whenever required.
- Receive and distribute documents, couriers and parcels.
- Ensure proper availability of drinking water, tea/coffee and pantry supplies.




- Maintain housekeeping materials and inform the concerned person when supplies are required.
- Follow workplace safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

- Basic education qualification.
- Previous experience in office boy, peon, housekeeping or similar role will be preferred.
- Valuable communication and polite behaviour.
- Hardworking, reliable and responsible.
- Able to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi/Gujarati; English communication will be an advantage.
- Should be comfortable working at Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
