Sales & Business Development Executive – RoyalStuffs.com

Grandeur Enterprises, the company behind RoyalStuffs.com, is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Generate new sales leads through calling, online research and other channels.
- Develop corporate, wedding and bulk gifting sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business clients.
- Explain products, pricing, offers and gifting solutions to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales records.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.





What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong interest in sales.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, e-commerce or business development will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
