Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Floor Quality Controller to ensure that all vehicles serviced or repaired meet the company's quality standards before delivery. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of automobile systems, quality inspection procedures, and customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform quality inspections on vehicles after service and repairs.
- Ensure all repair work is completed as per manufacturer and company standards.
- Conduct road tests (if authorized and licensed) to verify vehicle performance.
- Identify defects, incomplete work, or quality issues and coordinate with technicians for corrective action.
- Maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
- Verify cleanliness and final readiness of vehicles before customer delivery.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and workshop procedures.
- Support Service Advisors and Workshop Supervisors in resolving quality-related concerns.
- Monitor workshop quality processes and recommend improvements.




- Assist in reducing repeat repairs and improving customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in an automobile workshop or quality inspection
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes.
- Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for documentation.
- Valid driving license is preferred.

- Commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Experience: 2–3 years preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
