- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their issues and concerns.

- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers' problems while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.

- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
