We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our SME Sales for Kolkata/Bhubaneswar/Patna/Ranchi location
Key Responsibilities -
- Generating Business through _ Local DSA
- Drive secured SME business growth
- Onboard, manage, and strengthen DSA relationships
- Ensure adherence to credit, risk, and compliance norms
- Track performance and execute targets
We are looking at candidate who has below skill & experience
- Solid SME secured lending knowledge
- DSA acquisition & relationship management
- Endtoend case ownership & conversion
- Risk, policy & compliance orientation
- Market intelligence & execution leadership
Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
