### Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Internal Auditor** with 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably from an **audit firm and/or Iron & Steel/Manufacturing industry**. The candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits, reviewing financial and operational controls, identifying risks, ensuring statutory compliance, and recommending process improvements.

### Key Responsibilities

* Conduct internal audits of financial, accounting, procurement, inventory, sales, and operational processes.

* Review internal controls and identify risks, gaps, and irregularities.

* Prepare audit plans, working papers, audit reports, and management observations.

* Verify compliance with **GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements**.

* Review GST returns, TDS deductions, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.

* Perform ledger scrutiny, expense verification, bank reconciliation, and financial transaction testing.

* Identify control weaknesses, process inefficiencies, and potential financial risks.

* Coordinate with Accounts, Finance, Purchase, Sales, Stores, and Operations teams during audits.

* Follow up on audit observations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.





* Prepare MIS and audit reports using **Advanced Excel**.

* Support management in strengthening internal controls and improving processes.

* Conduct periodic audits of inventory, stock movement, purchases, and production-related transactions.

### Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of **Internal Audit and Accounting**.

* Good understanding of **GST and TDS compliance**.

* Solid knowledge of **Advanced MS Excel** – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, Power Query, data analysis, etc.

* Experience in audit documentation, reconciliation, and report preparation.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Knowledge of ERP/accounting software will be an added advantage.

### Eligibility

* **CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com / B.Com / MBA Finance** or equivalent qualification.

* **5–8 years of relevant experience** in Internal Audit, preferably with an **Audit Firm and/or Iron & Steel/Manufacturing Company**.

* Candidates with strong exposure to **GST, TDS, Advanced Excel, and manufacturing/steel industry audits** will be preferred.

### Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates who have worked with an **Audit Firm** and have practical experience auditing **Iron & Steel/Manufacturing companies** will be highly preferred.
