Role: Assistant Manager / Manager Business Operations (Supply Chain / Sales Ops)

Location: PAN India

Experience: 4–8 Years

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly driven Business Operations qualified with strong experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Sales Operations (O2C). The role focuses on operational execution, performance management, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement across logistics, customer service, and order fulfillment functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations across supply chain / logistics / customer order lifecycle
- Ensure SLA, TAT, and KPI adherence across operations
- Handle customer / internal escalations and drive timely resolution




- Monitor and analyze operational metrics (PDD, OTIF, AR, backorders, dispatch, etc.)
- Drive process improvements, RCA, and efficiency initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams – Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Warehouse
- Manage order-to-cash (O2C) processes including order processing, invoicing, AR tracking
- Ensure data accuracy in master data / reporting systems
- Build and maintain dashboards & MIS reports (Excel / Power BI)
- Lead / support team operations and vendor coordination
