Skill set required:
1. Knowledge of Payroll processing and related remittances.
2. Knowledge of Statutory deductions & processing like PF,ESIC,PT,LWF etc.
3. Brief knowledge of payroll taxation & TDS returns.
4. Brief knowledge of payroll cost accounting.
5. Experience in month end activities and preparation of monthly Schedules in a provided Formats.
6. Processing of employee advantages – e.g. all type of reimbursements.
7. Any other responsibility/task; that may be assigned from time to time in view of the job requirements.
