Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and skilled Bartender to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve beverages, provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The Bartender should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.

Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Verify customer age and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and seating areas.

Restock bar inventory, garnishes, ice, and supplies as needed.

Process customer orders and handle cash/card transactions accurately.

Recommend drinks and menu items to enhance customer experience.

Monitor customer behavior and address issues responsibly and professionally.

Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff,



and management to ensure smooth operations.

Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience as a bartender or in food & beverage service is an advantage.

Knowledge of cocktail preparation, drink recipes, and bar equipment.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Basic math and cash-handling skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late shifts.
