Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and expand OEM business in the assigned territory.
- Generate new business opportunities through OEMs, modular furniture manufacturers, architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing OEM and institutional clients.
- Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
- Promote laminates, MDF, decorative panels, and allied products to key stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Identify new projects and ensure specification approvals from architects and consultants.
- Coordinate with dealers/distributors to enhance market penetration.
- Handle price negotiations, commercial discussions, and order closures.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collection payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows,



and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 818 years of experience in OEM/Project Sales from Laminates, Plywood, MDF, Veneer, Decorative Surface, Building Material, or Interior Products industry.
- Solid network with OEMs, architects, interior designers, and modular furniture manufacturers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of market development and key account management.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
