• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions
• Handle customer complaints, requests and escalations
• Ensure high-quality customer service and customer satisfaction
• Follow defined process guidelines and quality standards
• Meet process-specific productivity and performance requirements

Freshers: 18,000 25,000
Experienced: 20,000 35,000
