Store Manager Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Lead and supervise store staff, including attendance and shift planning.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, replenishment, and expiry.
- Ensure high picking, packing, and order accuracy.
- Track store KPIs such as order volume, SLA, productivity, and shrinkage.
- Maintain store hygiene, safety, and process compliance.
- Handle customer/order-related issues and coordinate with delivery teams.
