Hiring: BDM / Inside Sales Manager Learning Solutions

Role:

We are looking for a BDM / Inside Sales Manager – Learning Solutions with strong B2B sales and communication skills to drive lead generation and client engagement in the corporate training sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- B2B cold calling and lead generation
- Identify and qualify potential clients & decision-makers
- Understand client training requirements
- Conduct first-level discussions and present training solutions
- Schedule meetings with the Senior Key Account Manager
- Maintain leads and sales pipeline in CRM
- Support proposals, TOCs, quotations & presentations




- Research recent market opportunities and competitor activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Inside Sales / BDM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong lead generation and follow-up skills
- CRM knowledge is an added advantage
- Experience in Corporate Training / L&D; / EdTech is preferred
