Experience: 3 to 7 years in Manufacturing organization. (night shift)

- Managing housekeeping, security services, and other staff attendance in night shift.
- Leading a housekeeping team to ensure hygiene, cleanliness and a safe work environment.
- Resolving grievances of employee related to salary, attendance, overtime, incentives and HRMS software.
- Managing registration for new employees at biometric attendance.
- Overseeing cafeteria operations, hygiene checks & employee coordination.
- Handling medical emergency and theft cases.
- Co-ordinating AMCs for pest control, and firefighting systems.
- Supporting team members and ensuring smooth daily operations.
