Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced After Sales & Parts Manager to lead service operations, parts management and after-sales business for our growing MHE business. The candidate will be responsible for customer satisfaction, equipment uptime, service revenue and parts profitability.

Experience: 6 to 8 years

Location:Mumbai

Immediate joiners are highly prefrable.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead service operations for forklifts and material handling equipment.

* Manage service engineers & technicians.

* Ensure timely response and resolution of customer complaints and breakdowns.

* Plan and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) and equipment uptime.

* Manage warranty claims and coordinate with OEMs for technical support.

* Drive AMC, service contracts, breakdown service and after-sales revenue.





* Manage complete spare parts operations forecasting, procurement, inventory and sales.

* Maintain optimum stock of quick-moving and critical parts.

* Monitor parts margins, inventory turnover and slow-moving inventory.

* Prepare service/AMC/parts quotations and support commercial negotiations.

* Develop strong relationships with key customers and conduct regular customer visits.

* Establish service processes, SOPs, reporting and escalation mechanisms.

* Work closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Operations and OEM teams.

* Track and improve service and parts KPIs.
