• Manage order-related concerns & coordinate with operations
• Maintain response logs & track customer feedback
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Requirements
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Customer service / e-commerce experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Customer-focused, organized & detail-oriented
