Role Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day kiosk/store operations and Head office operations, team coordination, customer service and operational efficiency.

3 days at Office and 3-days at store or with vendors

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store/kiosk operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, guide and monitor the store and head office team.
- Handle daily sales, billing, cash and basic accounting activities.
- Monitor stock, inventory, expenses and daily MIS.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies and security procedures.
- Coordinate with HO, Accounts, Sales and other departments.
- Resolve day-to-day customer and operational issues.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate with 3-6 years of retail/store operations experience. Jewellery or premium retail experience preferred.
