Job Summary

Experience 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM SAM modules. Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development including scripting and automation e.g. JavaScript, Glide, Business Rules, etc. Familiarity with software license management, compliance and best practices for managing IT assets. Certifications (Preferred): ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ITIL Foundation certification.

Requirements

- Proficiency in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and how they apply to ITAM SAM.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non technical stakeholders.

Certifications
