About the Role
We're looking for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes performance creative. Someone who can spot a scroll-stopping ad the moment they see it, understands why it works, and can get their hands dirty making one themselves.
What You'll Do
- Spot and decode creative trends
- Research the Meta Ads Library obsessively
- Write scripts and hooks for performance video ads
- Brief and collaborate with video editors
- Get hands-on when needed
- Own the creative testing pipeline
- Translate brand into performance
What We're Looking For
- A creative person first, strategist second. You genuinely love making videos and performance ads this isn't a "manage the process" role, it's a "make the thing" role
- A trend-spotter. You can look at TikTok, Reels, and the Meta Ads Library and immediately identify what's working and why
- Robust scripting instincts. You can write hooks and scripts that feel native, raw, and scroll-stopping not "brand-safe" and polished for polish's sake
- A point of view on production quality. You genuinely believe:
- Ugly ads often outperform beautiful ads
- Raw and messy beats over-produced, and know when and why to lean into that
- Comfort working with editors
- Willingness to get hands dirty
- Some understanding of beauty, health, and wellness
Nice to Have
- Prior experience at or deep familiarity with brands (or similar D2C beauty/wellness performance-marketing-led brands)
- A personal portfolio, TikTok/Reels account, or ad library of past work that shows creative instinct
- Basic shooting skills (phone or camera) even informal, self-shot content
