Job Description

- Manage and develop relationships with affluent and high-net-worth customers.
- Acquire new customers and deepen existing customer relationships.
- Understand customer financial requirements and provide suitable investment and banking solutions.
- Drive business through products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Loans, Demat and other wealth products.
- Generate leads through references, existing customer relationships and market opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue and portfolio targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong long-term relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, processes and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Wealth Management / Affluent Banking / Priority Banking / Retail Banking.
- Robust relationship management and customer acquisition skills.
- Good knowledge of investment and banking products.
- Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills.
- Candidates with an existing affluent/HNI customer network will be preferred.
