Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, and manage Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization clusters.
- Install, configure, and administer Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
- Migrate virtual machines from VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM to OpenShift Virtualization.
- Create and manage Virtual Machines (VMs), templates, snapshots, and live migration.




- Configure storage integration using Ceph, OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF), NFS, iSCSI, SAN, and CSI drivers.
- Configure networking using Multus CNI, OVN-Kubernetes, SR-IOV, and Load Balancers.
- Monitor cluster health, VM performance, and resource utilization.
- Troubleshoot OpenShift cluster, Kubernetes, and virtualization-related issues.
- Implement backup and disaster recovery using Velero, OADP, or similar tools.
- Manage RBAC, authentication, certificates, and security policies.
- Automate infrastructure deployment using Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and GitOps.
- Upgrade OpenShift clusters and virtualization components.
