Job Summary

Peoplesoft - Consultant: The candidate will have a strong understanding of PeopleSoft application architecture, experience in supporting the Supply Chain module, and proven expertise in SQL Server and Nvision reporting. The role requires providing prompt and efficient support to end users, proactively identifying, and resolving application issues, and collaborating with other cross functional teams to ensure optimal system performance. Working in Rotating Shifts 24X7.

Location: Noida

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive technical support for PeopleSoft applications, including troubleshooting and resolving application issues, answering user inquiries, and documenting resolutions.
- Maintain and enhance PeopleSoft application functionality, including developing and implementing solutions to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support PeopleSoft experience in the Supply Chain Module, especially in General Ledger, Asset Management, Order Management and Billing, month end closure processes.
- Experience in the SQL Server database tool.
- Experience in the Nvision reporting tool.
- Experience in the Service Now reporting tool for ticketing.
- Perform regular system monitoring and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system uptime and stability.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new features, upgrades, and integrations.




- Stay up to date on the latest PeopleSoft technologies and best practices.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for all aspects of PeopleSoft application support.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact system performance or user experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall system efficiency and user satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience providing technical support for PeopleSoft applications.
- Extensive experience with PeopleSoft Supply Chain module, including General Ledger, Asset Management, Order Management and Billing, month end closure processes.
- Proven expertise in SQL Server database administration.
- Experience with Nvision reporting tool.
- Familiarity with Service Now ticketing system.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest technologies.
